01 / Why Context Link
Replies grounded in
answers you already gave
Your best support answers are sitting in sent mail, help docs, and product notes. Context Link indexes them together so a drafted reply repeats what your team actually stands behind.
One search across
support and product
Pricing sits in a doc, the workaround sits in a thread from March, the policy sits on your help centre. Get context on a customer question and all three come back in one lookup, with sources.
No new helpdesk
to migrate into
Context Link is not a ticketing system and it does not reply to customers on its own. It is the knowledge layer your agents pull from while they draft, inside the AI they already use.
02 / Works with
*Don't see a pre-built connection? Download the custom-connections skill and Claude builds it for you. If Claude can read it, you can push it to Context Link.
03 / What it does
Connect the support inbox and everything behind it
Connect Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Fastmail, or any IMAP inbox, and choose which folders sync. Add your help centre, product docs in Notion or Google Docs, uploaded PDFs, and project tools alongside it. Context Link keeps them in sync as one connected knowledge base and re-syncs every 24 hours.
AI customer support answers with citations attached
Mid-ticket, get context on a customer question and Context Link searches every connected source by meaning, not keywords. Your agent gets the relevant snippets with their sources, or a one-paragraph grounded answer with numbered citations on Pro. Nobody has to guess which tool holds the answer.
Weight retrieval for support, not for marketing
Modes are named weighting profiles. Create a customer-support Mode that favours help docs, policies, and past resolutions over blog posts and landing pages, then let the sales side of the business weight the same knowledge base differently. One index, tuned per team.
Save the answer once, every agent reuses it
When your team settles on the right wording for a refund policy or a known issue, ask AI to save it to a Memory like /refund-policy. Memories are version-controlled, so updating one replaces the old truth and keeps the history. Every AI tool you connect reads the current version.

Skills your AI already knows how to call
Install once and your AI gets a vocabulary for your business: pull source-backed context, ask for a cited answer, or save a decision every other AI tool will read next time.

06 / Industries
Context Link works with your kind of business.
Whatever you run, it probably lives in a variety of places. Connect them once, and Give AI a single way to talk to all of it.
Connect the support inbox, brand book, catalogue and help centre once, and AI gets a single place to ask your whole e-commerce business. From ChatGPT or Claude, ask what customers keep contacting support about, what you currently say about pricing, or how a product is described, and get source-backed answers instead of pasted-in context. When you settle something, like a returns policy or a brand rule, save it as a Memory so every AI tool reads the latest version.
Connect the docs you already keep, like specs, changelogs, interviews and support threads, and stop rebuilding that context in every AI tool. From inside ChatGPT or Claude, ask about your positioning, a past decision, or what users actually said in interviews, and get source-backed answers without knowing which doc holds them. Then save the canonical stuff, like your ICP or pricing rationale, as Memories that stay current as they change.
Connect your back-catalogue of briefs, case studies, brand books and project archives, and give AI one place to ask the whole studio. Ask anything and get source-backed answers grounded in your real history, so strategy stops half-remembering and starts citing, and every pitch stands on work you've actually done. Save the things you keep re-explaining, like your process or your point of view, as Memories any AI can pull into the next deck.
Your business lives in a variety of places, like docs, sites, inboxes and files. Connect them once and Context Link becomes the single place ChatGPT, Claude and agents can ask across all of it, returning source-backed answers without you guessing where the answer lives or pasting in background. Your business stops being something you re-explain to every AI tool, and becomes something they can simply talk to.
08 / Workflows
Workflow
Draft the reply without leaving your AI
Paste the customer email into ChatGPT or Claude, ask it to get context on the issue, and Context Link returns the matching help docs, past threads, and product notes. The draft comes back grounded, and the agent still reads it before it sends.
Workflow
Decide what support AI is allowed to see
Pick the inbox folders, help centre sections, docs, and files that get indexed. Exclude anything sensitive, disconnect a source, or re-sync it after a policy change. Personal inboxes can stay personal while the team shares the org-level sources.
Same sources, different job
One knowledge base for support, sales, and marketing
Support needs the help centre and past resolutions. Sales needs case studies and pricing rationale. Modes let each team weight the same connected sources for their own work, so AI for customer support teams does not mean maintaining a second knowledge base.
09 / Across your team
Share context across your team
Stop pasting the same docs into every chat. Connect your sources once, and every teammate's AI pulls the latest context from the same place — consistently, with citations, every time.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What does Context Link do for AI customer support?
Context Link connects your support inbox, help centre, product docs, files, and project tools, and keeps them in sync as one searchable knowledge base. When an agent drafts a reply in ChatGPT or Claude, they get context on the customer's question and the relevant snippets come back with citations. The AI writes from your real product facts and past resolutions instead of inventing an answer. Our guide to Claude for customer support emails walks through the full workflow.
Is Context Link a helpdesk or a ticketing system?
No. Context Link does not replace Zendesk, Intercom, Front, or Help Scout, and it has no ticket queue, SLA timers, or macros. It sits underneath whatever helpdesk you already run and supplies the business knowledge your agents and their AI tools need while they work. If you like your helpdesk, keep it.
Does it reply to customers automatically?
No. Context Link never sends anything to a customer. It returns source-backed context and, on Pro, a grounded paragraph with numbered citations. A person still writes, reviews, and sends the reply. That is deliberate: for ai customer support emails, the risky part is a confident wrong answer going out unread, and a human check is the cheapest way to prevent it.
Which inboxes can I connect for AI email triage?
Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Fastmail, and any IMAP inbox, including custom domains. You choose which folders sync, so a shared support@ address can be indexed while personal mail stays out. See the walkthroughs for connecting email to ChatGPT and connecting email to Claude.
How is this different from an AI customer service chatbot?
Most AI customer service tools own the conversation: they answer the customer directly from a single content source you upload to them. Context Link owns the knowledge instead. It searches across your inbox, docs, site, and files at once, returns cited context to whichever AI your agents already use, and leaves the customer conversation to your team and your helpdesk.
Can the whole support team use the same sources?
Yes. Connect help docs, policies, and the shared support inbox at the organisation level and every teammate queries the same index. Individuals can add personal connections that stay private. The same setup powers AI answers from your company data across the rest of the business, so support is not a separate project.
