About Context Link
Context Link gives AI a single way to talk to your whole business, powered by the places work happens.
It connects the places where your business already exists - your website, docs, inboxes, and workspaces - and keeps them in sync as one knowledge base that you, ChatGPT, Claude, and AI agents can ask.
Why we're building this
Everyone has access to the same AIs, trained on the same web. What makes AI genuinely useful to a business is the context only that business has: its docs, decisions, customer conversations, and everything it has already written down.
But that context lives in a variety of places, and most AI tools can only see one connector, one file, or whatever gets pasted into the chat. You have to know where the answer lives before AI can help. We're building the layer that removes that problem.
What we've built
Context Link connects your existing sources - Notion, Google Docs and Drive, websites, inboxes, files, and project tools - and indexes them into one knowledge base that can be searched by meaning instead of just keyword. Sources re-sync every 24 hours.
You can ask it anything from the dashboard, or from inside ChatGPT, Claude, and any MCP-aware agent. Every answer is source-backed with citations, so you can judge how seriously to take it and see exactly where it came from.
It works in the other direction too: when you or an AI settles something, like a positioning statement or a pricing rationale, it can be saved as a Memory. Update a Memory over time and every connected AI reads the latest version, with history kept.
Who's behind it
Context Link is built by Oli, also co-founder of PreProduct.io.
PreProduct is Context Link's test bed #1, where it's used for ongoing business research and positioning, marketing experiments, article and doc drafts, customer support, and YouTube outlines. A lot of what shapes Context Link comes from needing it myself.
We're just getting started, and think it can get much better.
