01 / Why Context Link
One MCP connection
to the whole business
Connect Notion, Google Docs, Drive, OneDrive, Basecamp, Monday, websites, email, and files. Your agents search them together without needing to know where an answer lives.
Current answers
with citations
Connected sources sync every 24 hours. Each result points back to the source it came from, so you can check the evidence before acting.
Knowledge every agent
can reuse
Ask AI to save settled decisions as version-controlled Memories. Claude, ChatGPT, and your MCP-aware agents can retrieve the latest version on the next task.
02 / Works with
*Don't see a pre-built connection? Download the custom-connections skill and Claude builds it for you. If Claude can read it, you can push it to Context Link.
03 / What it does
Connect every business source once
Bring together the places your business already lives, without moving content into another workspace. Context Link cleans, indexes, and re-syncs the approved sources behind one hosted MCP server. If a tool has no pre-built connector, the custom-connections skill lets your AI push in what it can read.
A Business Context MCP for every agent
Say, 'get context on our pricing,' and the get_context tool returns relevant, AI-friendly source material from across every connection. When you want a direct response, ask_question composes a concise answer with numbered citations.
Remember the latest agreed truth
Ask AI to save a decision to a named route such as `/positioning` or `/pricing`. Memories let agents retrieve and update canonical business knowledge, while version history preserves the trail behind each change.
Keep access under your control
Choose the pages, folders, inboxes, and sites Context Link can index. OAuth scopes separate reading from writing, and you can remove a connection when it should no longer inform your agents.

06 / Industries
Context Link works with your kind of business.
Whatever you run, it probably lives in a variety of places. Connect them once, and Give AI a single way to talk to all of it.
Connect the support inbox, brand book, catalogue and help centre once, and AI gets a single place to ask your whole e-commerce business. From ChatGPT or Claude, ask what customers keep contacting support about, what you currently say about pricing, or how a product is described, and get source-backed answers instead of pasted-in context. When you settle something, like a returns policy or a brand rule, save it as a Memory so every AI tool reads the latest version.
Connect the docs you already keep, like specs, changelogs, interviews and support threads, and stop rebuilding that context in every AI tool. From inside ChatGPT or Claude, ask about your positioning, a past decision, or what users actually said in interviews, and get source-backed answers without knowing which doc holds them. Then save the canonical stuff, like your ICP or pricing rationale, as Memories that stay current as they change.
Connect your back-catalogue of briefs, case studies, brand books and project archives, and give AI one place to ask the whole studio. Ask anything and get source-backed answers grounded in your real history, so strategy stops half-remembering and starts citing, and every pitch stands on work you've actually done. Save the things you keep re-explaining, like your process or your point of view, as Memories any AI can pull into the next deck.
Your business lives in a variety of places, like docs, sites, inboxes and files. Connect them once and Context Link becomes the single place ChatGPT, Claude and agents can ask across all of it, returning source-backed answers without you guessing where the answer lives or pasting in background. Your business stops being something you re-explain to every AI tool, and becomes something they can simply talk to.
08 / Workflows
Workflow
Add one server to your MCP client
Point Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, Codex, or your own compatible client at the hosted Context Link server and approve OAuth. Your agent gets tools to search, answer from, save, and retrieve business context.
Workflow
See exactly what each answer used
Context Link records what was requested, which sources were returned, and when. Review the evidence, spot missing context, and re-sync a source when the business has moved on.
Use it across your org
One context layer for every AI workflow
Share organisation sources while keeping personal connections private. Modes can weight the same knowledge differently for sales, support, or leadership, so each agent gets relevant context without creating another silo.
09 / Across your team
Share context across your team
Stop pasting the same docs into every chat. Connect your sources once, and every teammate's AI pulls the latest context from the same place — consistently, with citations, every time.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What Is a Business Context MCP?
A business context MCP uses Model Context Protocol to give AI agents structured access to company knowledge. Context Link connects your approved docs, sites, inboxes, and project tools behind one hosted MCP server, then returns relevant material and source-backed answers with citations.
What Tools Does the Context Link MCP Server Provide?
The server provides four tools: get_context searches across connected sources, ask_question creates a concise cited answer, save_memory writes canonical knowledge, and get_memory retrieves it later. ask_question requires a Pro plan; the other three tools are available on any active plan.
Which AI Tools Can Use This Business Context?
Context Link works with Claude through its custom connector, ChatGPT through the official Context Link app, and MCP clients including Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, and Codex. A custom MCP client can connect to the same hosted endpoint over Streamable HTTP with OAuth.
Can an AI Agent Save New Business Context?
Yes, when you explicitly ask it to. Say, "Save this to /pricing," and the agent can create a Memory that other connected AI tools retrieve later. Ask it to update /pricing when the decision changes, and Context Link keeps the earlier version in history.
How Do I Control What AI Can Access?
You choose which connections, folders, pages, inboxes, and sites Context Link indexes. Credentials are encrypted at rest, sources can be disconnected, and OAuth scopes separate read and write access. Context Link does not train AI models on your data.
